Thought you might like this side story-
When I awarded our maintenance Service to Emcon I did not tell our previous provider. I had been Frustrated with their lack of attention to detail and follow through, so I
just sent out a new directive telling the stores to start using you. (This
other company still does the Hvac pm work.) Well last night their rep
called and asked if they were doing ok with our services. I told him the
lack of ca1ls on our weekly service report should answer that question.
Apparently they had noticed, finally. Told him that in just a few weeks the response calls, and leve1 of detail and follow through with Emcon had blown away what they had been able to provide in peripheral services. Also told him that the stores that have dealt with you have been very pleased.
Thanks for raising the bar, Brandy, and buying me a little more free time.
I trust the service will stay at or above this level. I will not award a contract to anyone else without giving you a second stab at it.
